Why exercice is IMPORTANT in life?

Everyone know that exercise give us many benefit ; not only good for health but also let us feel good too!By doing event a simple exercise we can make our physically and mentally better.Actually ,why the exercise is so important as it is recommended by an experts to do at least 30 minute in one session,and 3 session per week?
Aha,there are many benefits we will get,such as it help us sleep better(because we will exhausted during the exercise!hehehe....)In addition,by doing an exercise,it will give people real sense of accomplishment and pride when they achieved a certain goal that they had made!More over ,exercise will help us look better and that will give us confident.And the most important one is it help decreses a person's risk of devoloping certain disease!
So what are you waiting for?!!!Start to do a regular, simple, and yet enjoyable exercise today to get a PINK of health!
